It's a business hotel and you get what you pay for. The room is small but adequate. The facilities and the layout were OK but not mind-blowing. Little things like no ceramic cups/mugs or glasses provided, only disposable cardboard cups

3 min walk to Kanda station, which is great! Clean room, good housekeeping and refill of everything, fresh pyjama's and new towels daily.
Very warm in the room, its central heating. Especially at night. There is airco in the room, but it became very cold if you turn it on. Yes, its close by the trainstation so you will hear trains, but it was not disturbing for us. And room is small, but you know this, its very clearly stated in the booking.
